At SENTRIE, each order is prepared with care and intention.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Method
Due to shipping regulations for fragrance products, all perfumes are shipped Ground Shipping Only. Air shipping is not available.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, including military APO/FPO addresses. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
International Shipping
At this time, SENTRIE does not offer international shipping.
We are proud to support our military community. Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are welcomed and processed like domestic orders. Delivery times may vary due to military mail handling.
Shipping Rates:
A flat shipping rate applies to all U.S and APO/ FPO orders. Rates are displayed at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
SENTRIE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or military mail services, or for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is entered accurately.
